Westport has recently formed the Bike/Walking Path Committee. Gail Roderigues is the Chair. This five member committee will advocate for bicycle and pedestrian accommodations throughout the town.

Gail Roderigues is the town's representative on the South Coast Bikeway Committee and has been actively lobbying the Planning Board, Select Board and Police Department to begin its portion of the South Coast Bikeway.
